100CFU Mycoplasma Standards

100CFU® Mycoplasma Standards are non-infectious, inactivated mycoplasma reference materials with a defined target amount of ≤ 100 CFU for performance verification and for use as external positive controls (EPC) and extraction and inhibition controls (EIC) in NAT-based mycoplasma tests. They are manufactured in accordance with EP 2.6.7 (12.2), exhibit a specified ratio of < 10 GC:CFU, and support pharmacopoeia-compliant method validation and routine testing in accordance with EP 2.6.7, USP <77>, and JP 18 G3.
