100CFU® Mycoplasma Standards

100CFU® Mycoplasma Standards are non-infectious, inactivated mycoplasma reference materials with a defined target amount of ≤100 CFU. They are designed for performance verification and can be used as an external positive control (EPC)/extraction inhibition control (EIC) in accordance with EP 2.6.7 (12.2) and USP <77>. Manufactured in accordance with EP 2.6.7 (12.2), 100CFU® Mycoplasma Standards demonstrate a GC:CFU ratio of <10, supporting reliable use in mycoplasma NAT assay verification, and routine quality control.
