Bacteria & Fungi Standards

PCR Quantification Standards are defined DNA standards for the quantification, calibration, and use as positive controls in NAT-based assays. They are applied both in routine testing and for the detection of microbial contamination. The standards contain genomic DNA derived from low-passaged, characterized microorganisms. For quality assurance, the preparations are partially sequenced and titrated to 1 × 10⁶ or 1 × 10⁸ genome copies, enabling the generation of reproducible standard curves.
