Product Description
Lysis Buffer Extra is designed exclusively for use with the Venor® Mycoplasma Extraction kit for nucleic acid extraction.
It provides additional lysis buffer when larger volumes are required beyond the amount supplied with the extraction kit. This may be particularly relevant for product-specific validation of PCR-based mycoplasma detection methods using 10CFU®, 100CFU®, or 100GC® Mycoplasma Standards in accordance with EP 2.6.7 and USP <77>.
