The dPCR Validation Standard HEK-293 contains pure, quantified genomic DNA from HEK-293 cell line. This product is designed as an aid for the dPCR-based analysis of residual DNA.

Recommended Use

The dPCR Validation Standard HEK-293 can be used to generate a standard curve for the HEK-293 cell line by serial dilution. With this standard curve, the measured DNA in copies/µl can be converted to fg/µl to obtain a quantification of residual DNA in accordance with regulatory guidelines. In addition, the dPCR Validation Standard can be used in downstream processes to check the residual DNA concentration of the processed sample during different purification processes.

Content

Each dPCR Validation Standard contains 1 tube with 1 ng of lyophilised genomic DNA and 1 tube with rehydration buffer.
