Rest DNA Standards

dPCR Validation Standards are quantified genomic DNA standards derived from defined host cell lines (HEK-293, CHO, E. coli) to support dPCR-based residual DNA analysis. They enable the generation of cell line-specific standard curves by serial dilution and the conversion of [copies/µl] to [fg/µl] for regulatory-compliant quantification of residual host cell DNA.
